We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron. We also accept cheques and postal orders for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear before orders are sent out). We do not accept cash on delivery but can accept cash in our retail store (in Edgware Middlesex, UK )

Returns Policy

All non-faulty products that are returned or exchanged must be sent to us (unopened and in their original packaging) at the customers expense within 14 days of purchase - please call 0208 951 0139 or email us for a returns reference before sending

If you beleive that your product is faulty please email or call the store on 0208 951 0139. We will arrange for a collection of the faulty product to be returned to us and send you a replacement. Return Address:

Out of stock orders

If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. We will also let you know when the item should be coming into stock and give you details of other similar products that are in stock at present. As all payments for orders are not taken until the product is shipped out (except for special orders or custom-built products) you are entitled to cancel at any time before your item ships from us. 

We have a huge stock and range of products, parts and clothing in the Store but due to the specialist nature and with the number of colours/options available, we will sometimes run out of stock. We will always inform you when this is the case and give you an expected delivery date.
